Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
By registering for and attending the Malaysia International Pen Show (the “Event”), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all participants, including attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, and media representatives.

2. Registration and Data Collection
a. By registering for the Event, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data, including but not limited to your name, contact information, and preferences.
b. The collected data may be used for Event-related communications, marketing, and future event updates.
c. Your data will be handled in accordance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

3. Photography and Videography Consent
a. By attending the Event, you grant the organizers the right to capture photographs, audio, and video recordings of you.
b. These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes on digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, and press releases.
c. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the event staff upon arrival. However, we cannot guarantee exclusion from all media coverage.

4. Code of Conduct
a. Attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful manner toward all participants, exhibitors, and staff.
b. The organizers reserve the right to remove any individual engaging in disruptive, inappropriate, or illegal behavior.

5. Liability Waiver
a. The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the Event.
b. Participation is at your own risk, and attendees waive any claims against the organizers, venue, and associated parties.

6. Changes and Cancellations
a. The organizers reserve the right to modify the Event schedule, venue, or terms without prior notice.
b. In the case of event cancellation, registered participants will be informed via official communication channels.

7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
By participating in the Malaysia International Pen Show, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
